Your Competition Is Sleeping!

I believe this time of year is our BIGGEST opportunity to get ahead in our real estate businesses. Just after Halloween it seems like most agents settle in for their long winter nap. They tell themselves that the market is slowing down and that no one wants to buy or sell over the holidays. But, you and I know that is not true.
