I’m super excited to announce my ebook was the #1 Best Seller yesterday 4/17/19 on Amazon in the real estate and coaching categories. Whoop Whoop! I wrote it to help my clients get their email campaigns working for them consistently and effectively. I am super excited to share it with you too! It’s free on Amazon until Friday 4/19/19.
I have witnessed many; many clients double their referrals and business by utilizing this one strategy. One of my agents went from twelve sales a year to forty sales the next year using this strategy. Another client went from $250k in gross commissions to $650K in gross commissions in two years—again, only from making this one change in her marketing approach. This strategy works!
I have shared the process in my new ebook. The Secret to Using email to Generate Referrals. I have included the instructions and examples for your to emulate. My ebook is free this week on Amazon. Get it Here now.
Are you clients sending you referrals?
Did you know that according a 2018 NAR (National Association of Realtors) study 90% of home buyers and home sellers said they were satisfied and even pleased with the service their agent had provided and would work with their agent again. The sad news, many don’t because we simply don’t stay in touch with enough frequency, to stay top of mind.
Since we have to stay in touch and stay relevant in order to get our clients to work with us again, it stands to reason that in order to increase our referrals; we need to do the same thing! We are all busy and often times don’t think about helping other people unless we are reminded to do so. Unless your client is one of those rare birds that loves to refer others, we have to teach them to do it.
One of the easiest ways to stay relevant is through email.
Caution: You can’t just send any old email. You have to be very deliberate about the content you send, or you will just be more noise in their inbox and your emails will essentially be ignored.
Email is free. Are you using it to your advantage?
